This checklist will help you to understand which areas needs to be prioritized.

Recommendations on what & how to enhance the positive areas and minimize the negative areas by using the design techniques to make your home look like larger, brighter and updated than it is.
Recommendations include colour and decoration styles based on your target market.

Determining owners needs and guiding them

Providing detailed report for each space at the end of the consultation which includes what & how to do recommended changes and styling
At the end of the consultation you will have enough information to decide whether you want to do changes & styling yourself or going with one of our packages to have further assistance and taking advantage of the benefits.
